The Mother’s Day Gift Edit.

This year, The  Mother’s Day falls on 11th of March in UK and I’m so excited being as a mum and daughter. How about you? Have you started shopping for your mum to celebrate the big day? I love it and I could still remember when my daughter brought me a card with amber painter flowers and a bunch of fresh dandelions when she was in nursery and those moments are so precious and even today, after couple of years later, still I could cherish those priceless moments. You know I’m a great fan of perfumes and most of all, I’m totally obsessed with Marc Jacob Perfumes and the other perfume that I’ve tried from their range was Daisy by Marc Jacobs and I loved it a lot and in which it gave me a huge inspiration to buy this perfume.

Here, I have a confession to make that I’m seriously addicted to airport duty-free shopping and I’m guessing that I’m not the only with this same mindset (Haha!). Now, let’s get into the product and to be honest, I’ve been eyeing on this product for a while as it has been hyped among the blogging community a lot. I’ve tried it today and viola! What an amazing invention as it gives a splendid gel eyeliner look with one single stroke and every penny is well justified.

September Beauty Empties.

With the beginning of colourful Autumn have already started with great pace, here comes the much-awaited beauty post that I’m so glad to share along with you and yes, it is yet another time again and as you’ve guessed,  I’m talking about the amazing September beauty empties. Nivea Daily Essentials Sensitive Day Cream:

To be honest, I should say that I’ve used this product till its last drop and I’m proud enough to say that this is one of the drugstore products that works beyond its limit and it also has the goodness of grapeseed oil and licorice extract which helps to work along well with your normal/sensitive skin and on top of that, the beneficial factor of SPF also helps immensely well while you are out in the warm sunshine. If say a lipstick that has multi-faceted pigments, 6 hours longevity, time release moisture, light weight and super creamy texture, then this is it as this warm, mid-toned, neutral lipstick is a must-have for this season and I’m so glad that I’ve picked this one at the right time.

VO5 Extra Body Body Styling Mousse:

I’m using this styling mousse regularly on my wet hair so that it could able to create an extra body to my hair and at the same time, bringing some shininess and softness to my hair as well and this weather resistant hairstyling product is a perfect staple for this Spring.

Now, it is the turn for some aromatherapy and this modern oriental fragrance is my current choice as the floral scents of rose and freesia and the fruity scent of orange, mandarin and grapefruit gives a perfect balance to a Spring quintessential perfume.

Lancome 501B Aquamarine:

Either you call it as teal or turquoise or aquamarine, but sure, it is a great colour to wear for this Spring and this gorgeous, beach-friendly Lancome nail shade is perfect to wear for any warm, sunny Spring days.

Rimmel London 60 Seconds Super Dry Shine By Rita Ora Sweet Retreat:

This is my favourite pink pastel shade that I’m totally rocking all throughout this month and it is a perfect choice to partner along with any kind of Spring dress or accessory.

If one particular branded product that I’ve been using quite often and non-stop these days would certainly be from Estee Lauder and I’ve tested and tried couple of products from their range and I’m totally loving it a lot. Besides, it is not because of the fact that it is a high end product, but I’m extremely elated with the high quality and the irresistible formula that they are up to. Yes, I agree that they also carry a hefty price tag but the unmatchable indulgence that you get from their products makes it definitely worth a try. February Beauty Hits.

February cold still continues to march in March too and I feel like Spring is long, long away and hence, I made this moment as an golden opportunity to showcase some of my favourite beauty hits which eventually could make me to get, set, ready for a much happier mood. Moreover, there is no other better feeling than getting an awesome present from our loved ones, isn’t it? So, to fill that space, Valentine’s Day came as a life saviour to change the whole setting of bleak to a warm, welcoming, festive spirit. And, I know, by this time you might be very eager to see my drop down list of beauty hits and so, let me dive in right away.

Looks – that’s all speak! This solo phrase is universally popular among the beauty community and I am not in exception either and hence, to achieve this goal, I always maintain a strict relation with my skincare routine and no matter how busy I am and wherever I am but still, I follow my skincare routine religiously twice a day and one of my beauty hits on the skincare line is Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair and you could able to see its full review right here.

I always love Elizabeth Arden beauty products and especially, the gorgeous, flattering, red lipstick from Elizabeth Arden Ceramide Ultra Lipstick made my Valentine’s Day multi times more special; plus, I can’t rave enough of the elegancy it brings onto my lips as it feels so light, creamy, buttery and well pigmented too. Besides, what else would you ask for a date night, isn’t it?

As you’ve guessed, yes, it is one more lip product again but this time, it is a lip care product and I can’t leave this miniature, cute, bejewelled, cocoa-scented lip balm (you feel like palmer’s cocoa butter is applied onto your lips – how cool it is!) which is from the luxury designer brand, Ted Baker. Look at the design! Isn’t it one beautiful gem in the world? Absolutely! Well, not only it looks utterly chic but also, it works exemplarily well. Notably, even though, nothing could able to replace my Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Cream Lip Protectant as it is like a God’s sent gift to me but still, I think this lip balm is a great alternative too.

In February, my hair was in a serious need of TLC and this great Repairing Shampoo, an award-winning product from L’occitane, which I have mentioned several times before came a super hero to save my dull, dry hair and completely transformed my hair to a super shiny and silky soft hair.

My hair literally loved this product and when I try to apply this trust-worthy, heat protectant, V05 Plump It Up Weightless Mousse onto my hair, it kept my straightened hair as healthy and strong.

Dolce&Gabbana is one of my favourite designer brands and this perfumed body lotion smells unmatchably gorgeous and also, I get so many compliments when I wear for any special occasion and so, I can certainly say that once you try it, then you can’t live without it as it is so addictive.

 

Oh gosh! This perfume, Caritier Baiser Vole Lys Rose smells amazing and the gorgeous aroma from the pink lilies is quintessential to refresh your body any time of the day and from the picture, you can notice that is a sample size container but I’ve received four of these bottles as a complimentary gift which I’m using it liberally for quite a long, long time. Khaki nail colour was dominated on my nails all throughout February and I should say, it rocked like any other.

To be honest, as Valentine’s day is just around the corner, I’m so intrigued with all of the iconic perfume collections and if you are a regular reader of my blog, you might have noticed that I’ve tested and tried Cartier Baiser Vole Lys Rose recently. Besides, having so much addicted to pink lily essence from Cartier, this time I was on a hunt for a rich oriental fragrance and that’s where I spotted this gorgeous eau de parfum, Estee Lauder Intuition. Besides too, this aromatherapy staple is the one that I’m pretty much indulged with excellence lately. Girls! I can’t wait to share it with you and hence, stay tuned!
