As we are all residing in the mid of January, I think this is the right time to rewind back some of the beauty products that completely transformed the definition of beauty and also served me as a beauty hero in which some of them will be carried forward to the existing collection of beauty wardrobe. Apparently, what a bang on year was 2015! Sensational! In terms of beauty that includes from skincare to makeup, a few favourites of mine were reigning the whole year of 2015 beauty regime as a true champion and even though, there are lots to discuss about and get appreciated yet here, I have cherry picked 6 of those items which I like the most among all others.
Anyways, who can able to resist the gorgeous pigmented and shimmeriness of the eyeshadow that exists in just Mac eye shadows alone that are beauty marked as velvet. Besides, what do you expect from this product? Well, it has a dense texture that is easy to build and bendable to give you a evenly covered look and there is no doubt that it could give you an instant long-lasting glam look with just a tiny amount of the content and so, it gives you a long mileage as well. So, if you are looking for an eyeshadow that is quintessential for an evening wear, then this purple eyeshadow is the right choice as it glam up your eyes right away.
So, what does this stunning Eyeko London Black Magic Mascara claim to do? Well, this mascara works extremely well for a long lasting wear and the main properties of it includes: lengthens lashes, separates and curls without clumping, creates drama with extreme lash volume and projects your lashes with intense carbon black that are water resistant too. Additionally, its unique formula is enriched with special key ingredients like keratin and shea butter that are ideal to aid as a lash care and hence, it keeps your lashes hydrating and also the natural conditioners in the formula provides a high percentage of smudge proof and flake proof coverage as well.
Another fantastic eye makeup product that is hard to resist is Lancome Ombre Hypnose mono eye shadow in the shade Lagon secret wherein the tint comes as robin blue. In further, this eye shadow looks as luminous and silky and does the job brilliantly well for a sophisticated and vibrant look and application wise, it is so simple to use and what you all need to do is, just apply the eye shadow all over the eyelids and the creamy, super soft texture of the eye shadow stays on your lids for a long lasting effect or otherwise, if you want to have a bit more play, then blend and build well to get an intense warm look.
One more beauty product that defines your eyes fabulously beautiful is 2-in-1 Dior addict Fluid Shadow and this light weight fluid shadow is designed explicitly for a dual purpose note of eye shadow and eyeliner. While moving along to its texture, it is thin and watery that is ideal to give you an enamel finish flawlessly. Plus, the bristles on the brush are designed in such a way to give you a smooth and even application each time you stroke it on your eyes. Importantly, the secret to get a precise look is just stick onto one stroke application using the brush and don’t try to budge or blend either with your finger or a brush as the fluid dries up quickly but I should say that the finished look is long lasting(I mean it a lot) and doesn’t fade at all. I know it is tricky to use but the completed look appears to be pure elegance.
Now, let’s move onto lipstick. Apparently, if you are looking for a luscious red lips like Marilyn Monroe, then this bold, bright red lipstick from Revlon Super Lustrous Lipstick Creme in the shade Love that red is the right choice for you as it gives a signature statement red lips with an added value of gorgeous opaqueness. Moreover, the lipstick is well pigmented and super hydrating and the texture is quintessentially light weight and very versatile to use.
Multi-tasker! That is a perfect definition to call this Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Cream Skin Protectant because it protects and stays onto my skin just as a second skin. In conclusion, it acts as a glove to my skin and it hydrates and moisturises my skin all day long; plus, it protects my skin against the extreme dryness and wind chapped skin conditions.
Well, let me know your beauty heroes that you’ve already used in 2015 and still like to carry along to the current year too. And, As always, I would love to see your fantastic thoughts and views into the comment section that is right below.
Happy Weekend!

I really tried to like Elizabeth Arden’s 8 Hour Cream since everyone raves about it – but the smell is horrendous. I still have my tube but it’s going into the bin soon…
I’d like to try an Eyeko product one of these days – seems to be popular and good quality. 🙂

I agree that the smell of EA cream is over strong but it does the job like any other and the eyeko product is pretty good and you should try it.
