Review: Kate Moss Lasting Finish Lipstick From Rimmel London – Shade 08.

I always love lipsticks and long before, my friendly hands have the habit of reaching just high end lipsticks alone but recently, I’ve started an urge to explore more towards drugstore products too and obviously, a good quality lipstick is of course among the top most priority. So, being in an adventurous mode, I was testing and trying some of the drugstore brands during on my visit to Boots lately. To be honest, the first brand that intrigued me to discover more is from the iconic brand, Rimmel London. Not only just the brand alone, I was also hooked up with the other requirements lipstick properties of hues, long lasting finish and lastly, the amazing formula and one such recent hit is from Rimmel London By Kate Moss Lasting Finish Lipstick in the shade 08.

Moreover, if you are a regular reader of my blog, then you might have spotted the gorgeous, flattering red lipstick by Kate Moss Lasting Finish Lipstick From Rimmel London. Subsequently, I was smearing that lipstick all throughout February and now, as we are in the beginning of March, I was looking for a transitional shade that could work perfect for both weather conditions and seriously, this shade(08) is such a winner.

 

Packaging:

Well, moving along to the packaging of the product, this magic lipstick comes in a sleek black bullet where the gorgeous unique identities includes the British super model name – Kate Moss to the front and the iconic crown detail to the top and I must say, both of these  features are sketched and embossed to mere perfection; plus, the details of the shade is labelled to the bottom of the bullet.

 

Formula:

Apparently, I’m so in love with its splendid formula where it contains the technological notes of black diamond pigment complex and the texture of the formula is opaque, rich and creamy and it literally glides onto your lips with a super soft finish and the well-pigmented formula lasts long on your lips for an amazing 8 hours, which is totally unmatchable.

Textured Tones:

From the picture, you could clearly able to see the opaqueness of the shade when the light is not spotted onto the swatch but when the light suddenly hits onto the swatch, you could able to find the gorgeous shimmering texture of the lipstick which enhances its beauty multi folds better. And, lastly, not only the lipstick lasts long but also the sweet scented aroma lingers around your lips all day long.
