Starskin Balancing Bio-cellulose Second Skin Face Mask

I’ve won a 9-pack Starskin face mask from Really Ree earlier this month and the above is one among them and I’ve used this face mask last Friday and I was absolutely amazed with the great quality of purifying, soothing, refining and balancing that it brought onto my face all under just 15 minutes and hence, it is such a miracle product and as the name says, it literally acts as a second skin. And, its full detailed review is coming pretty soon.

Organix Argan Oil Of Morocco:

Finally, I could proudly say that I’ve finished this gorgeous liquid gold, Argan oil of Morocco from Organix and I should say that it is one of the best hair oils that I’ve ever used as it contains all the natural goodness of Vitamin E, minerals, essential fatty acids and anti-oxidants and so, what else could you ask for, isn’t it? May Beauty Empties.

Hollister California, bosy mist, solana beach, revlon multi care base+top coat, cartier lys rose perfume, The body shop moringa hand cream, soap&glory the righteous butter. body butter

Here comes yet another month of beauty empties and before, having completed so many beauty products in April, this month, I’ve managed to empty a few of them and I’m so glad that I’ve used up until its last drop lasts. Meanwhile, moving along to its category, it varies from perfume to skincare and from body care to nail care. Well, having said that I liked the contents of these products yet I’m also happy with the brands that I’ve been sticking onto as well. Hence, time has finally come in to share some of the amazing experiences that I’ve been carrying along last month and so, let’s get started.

4mar167

Hollister California – Solana Beach – Body Mist:

Hollister California solana beach body mist

First of all, this is the debutant that I’m trying from Hollister California and I’m totally loving it a lot. In further, as we are residing in warmer months, a lighter perfume is always an absolute beauty staple and swapping a good quality body mist instead of a heavier perfume is always the best alternative and this incredible body mist is not in exception either.

Highlights:

  • Light-weight body mist
  • Fruity scent
  • High mileage
  • Long lasting lingering effect

Carter Baiser Vole Lys Rose:

22jan161

Now, let’s move on from fruity to floral scent. Well, Spring means flowers and lilies are one of the most favourite spring flowers that I know and the gorgeous essence extract from pink lilies is one of the best aroma that one could look for this Spring. Besides, with the humongous accent of raspberry fruity notes, one could feel like the blooming Spring garden is finally at their doorstep. So, if you are looking for a lighter perfume, then I would highly recommend this perfume that is quintessential to use for this season.

4mar162

The Body Shop – Moringa Hand Cream:

the body shop moringa hand cream

I love The Body Shop hand creams as they are pocket friendly and so handy to hydrate your hands while you are on the run and I’m proud enough to say that this is my all time bag friendly beauty staple that I always carry along wherever I go. I like it so much because:

Key Benefits:

  • Instant absorption
  • Non sticky feel
  • Creamy texture that is so easy to use
  • Light weight formula
  • Keep your hands moisturised well
  • Hydrated feel all day long
  • Guaranteed soft and smooth hands

4mar163

May Mini Boots Haul.

Charles Worthington Salon Home Conditioner

Soap&Glory, Nyx, Charles Worthington Salon Home

I hope you might be enjoying some lovely sunshine out in the garden at the moment and with Spring is already in the air, I deliberately took advantage of this situation and went on for a shopping spree mode and not to forget, with low buy accountability, I myself constrained to some sensible buys which I’ve waited so long to try some of the best recent finds. Also, I extended my hands to reach for all kinds of beauty products including body care, skincare, makeup and haircare; plus, these amazing products come from my ever favourite brands like Soap&Glory, Nyx cosmetics and Charles Worthington and so, let’s get started right away.

Nyx Color Correcting Concealer:

Nix Cosmetics - Color correcting concealer

Oh my! Colour correcting concealer is an upcoming makeup trend in 2016 and Nyx cosmetics has literally nailed this great innovation not only with just packaging alone but also in quality as well and by providing 6 coloured palatte wherein each colour targets onto cover certain areas of skin like blemishes, dark spots, dark circle, blackheads, thorough evened out base, etc. Well, I can completely proclaim the fact that this palette is one of the best buys lately and I can’t wait to explore more from this brand.

Soap&Glory Irresistible Gift Pack:

Soap&Glory Sugar Crush

This Soap&Glory irresistible gift pack comes with two gorgeous products like Soap&Glory Sugar Crush Buttercream and Soap&Glory Sugar Crush Body Wash. The great thing about the body butter cream is that it contains nourishing elements like shea butter, cocoa nut balm lime, almond oil and super fruit kiwi and hence, I expect it to be smelling amazingly good and very refreshing as well as it contains citrusy flavours. And, not only just body buttercream has citrus flavour alone but also, body wash has it too and so, being myself as a great citrus fan, I’m sure, I’ll be totally praising these products after use.

Charles Worthington Salon Home Conditioner:

Charles Worthington Salon Home Conditioner

I hope many of you have used this product before but for me, this is the first time I’m trying it out and so, I’m extremely delighted with this purchase as I have heard so many good reviews about this conditioner and also, it promises to keep moisture seal which is all my hair needs for this breezy season.

Have you ever tried any of these products before? If so, drop in your personal thoughts and as always, I would love to read them. Besides, let me know if you want to have a detailed review on any of these products. I hope you all have a wonderful weekend.

If you are blessed with baby soft skin, then I guess you really stand up well ahead in the skincare game or otherwise, try to follow some natural skin detox routines like me which could ideally bring some healthy benefits to your skin. Generally, I follow two detox routines that are named as:

Skin Detox By Fitness:

I love to go for walking everyday and if weather doesn’t permit, then I swap to my regular yoga regime. And, I’m a firm believer of fitness routines and it really helps to detox your skin inside and out in a natural way and there is no harm in practicing it regularly. So, what kind of fitness routine do you follow? Is it jogging, trekking, swimming, sports or something else? Yes, it certainly takes some time to show up the results but you will be rewarded and paid off well for sure with the worth of effort that you take.

Skin Detox Drink:

I always start my day with honey and lemon in warm water and recently, I’ve heard that lemon water is good for white part of your eye and hence, why not give it a try then?

Spring Mini Beauty Haul.

18apr

As sun was shining brightly, I hit the store last week and I made a sensible buy and not spending too much. Besides, just like you, I also love to read beauty haul and I’ve seen a lot of other bloggers doing it. Hence, here comes my beauty haul and before heading onto the actual drop down list, let me tell you a brief intro about the products that I purchased and most of the items are from high street based brands that are high in quality and also available at an affordable price too and the range includes skincare, makeup and bath products. Having said all that, now it is the right time to hit onto the actual haul and hence, let’s get started and stay tuned girls!

The Body Shop Honeymania Hand Cream:

TBS
Source

First of all, let me start with the body shop product. Basically, I love skincare products from TBS and especially, hand creams as they are displayed gorgeously on multiple baskets next to pay point in the store and hence, there is no way to miss it at all. So, how can I compare TBS hand cream with general other hand creams? The answer is simple as it comes as light weighted, creamy in consistency, scented mildly, sinks right into the skin without leaving a grease and finally, very affordable to buy.

Marks&Spencer Shower Gel With Added Moisturiser:

I love this shower collection from M&S and it looks like luxe in a tube and it works exemplarily well as it does triple action effects namely, cleanse, moisturise and also, leaving an amazing aroma to your skin. Besides, it is accompanied with some vital features such as added moisturiser, free from fragrance and extract from the nature. Anyways, what else could you ask for from a bath product, isn’t it? Well, this shower gel collection comes in three flavours:

  • Peach & Almond
  • Coconut
  • Lemon Verbena

Of all the flavours, I really love the lemon verbena range as it reminds me of the Loccitane verbena shower gel. Score! Moreover, one can’t go wrong with these travel friendly shower gel collection.

Soap&Glory Solar Powder:

As we already arrived at the second quarter of the year, Spring is finally in the air and this is the best time to reorganise some of the beauty wardrobe that includes changing from an earthy perfume to a light floral warmer perfume and from dramatic eye look to softer peachy eye look and from blush to bronzer and from heavy makeup to natural dewy makeup look. Hence, with so many variations that happens along the different aspects of make look and I think lips acts the same way too as they are not in exception either and yes, this is the season of lip gloss for sure. So, stay tuned to see more of it.

Estee Lauder Pure Color Envy High Gloss Ultra Brilliance
L-R: Stolen Kisses, Berry Lush and Pink Cloud

Untitled-7

I am a big fan of Estee Lauder’s packaging features as they always try to incorporate an unique gold detail to each of their product range and this time too, they didn’t disappoint either as they literally nailed by calligraphing the brand name with golden detail. While moving along to the actual tube, it comes as a handy squeezable tube wherein you could able to take tiny blob of lip gloss each time; plus, like icing on the cake, the tube is enclosed with an elegant screwable golden top.

Untitled-8

This travel exclusive lip glosses are perfect to store in your hand bag fuss free and the tiniest amount of the content is more than enough for every single use and hence, little goes a long way. Having used Soap & Glory Sexy Mother Pucker Lip Plumping Gloss before, I know the real value of a lip gloss and also, how it works and ever since then, I got so hooked up with lip glosses and fortunately, as we are heading ahead to more sunny days, I think lip gloss is going to be a super winner and apparently, I’m so intrigued with the shear-y glossiness of the lip gloss and lastly, not to forget, the long lasting sweet candy aroma that lingers in your lips incredibly well.

Lip Gloss Colour Range:

  • Stolen Kisses – gorgeous pink tint
  • Berry Lush – warm berry shade
  • Pink Cloud – champagne like hue

Untitled-5

  1. Start the procedure with a well cleaned lips.
  2. Use your tooth brush to remove any dead skin.
  3. Prep your lips with LUSH Bubblegum Lip Scrub (as it exfoliates your lips unbelievably good as it contains the content of cater sugar and jojoba oil).
  4. Use your favourite lip balm to soothe and moisturise your lips (My current favourite is Ted Baker Cocoa scented Lip Balm).
  5. Now, squeeze a small amount of lip gloss in your finger and then, apply it evenly to your top lip first and then to your bottom lip.
  6. Now, your lips are ready to show off.

The Beauty Blogger Tag.

A week ago I was nominated to do The Beauty Blogger Tag by the lovely Emma. Check out her blog and I’m sure, you would certainly love as much as I do.

The rules for this tag:

  1. Tag the blogger that nominated you.
  2. Answer the questions you were given.
  3. Nominate 10 bloggers whose blog is about beauty/fashion/lifestyle.
  4. Name 10 questions for your nominees to answer.
  5. Inform the bloggers you chose that you nominated them.

The questions Emma gave me:

  1. Why did you start blogging? – Before starting a blog myself, I was a regular reader of some of the well-known blogs and the effort that they put in each of the post makes me to inspire a lot and finally, I got hooked up and decided to give it a go and I’m extremely glad that I made the right decision at the right time.
  2. Favourite Lipstick?Elizabeth Arden Ceramide Ultra Lipstick in the shade Flame (03) is my current favourite and I have started using this Hollywood style glam red lipstick since Valentine’s day and I’m so intrigued with the fuller looking plumper lips that it gives as it is infused with Volulip, a new ultra plumping agent.
  3. Top three things on your bucket list? – It is a very tricky question but still, I would love to shortlist some of my bucket list items to three. The first one on top of the list is Charlotte Tilbury Covetable lipsticks that is designed exclusively for her high clienteles and by releasing this charitable lipstick tubes, she has taken lipsticks to a level up position and in particularly, I would prefer to purchase Miranda May (in honour of the super model Miranda Kerr) and Electric Poppy (in honour of British supermodel Poppy Delevingne, who is also sister of Cara Delevingne) and secondly, I want to try MAC Retro Matte Liquid Lipstick in which everyone is raving about and I’ve heard that this matte liquid lipstick is so easy to apply and doesn’t budge at all unlike other liquid lipsticks and hence, you could able to coat multiple times with complete peace of mind and lastly, Hourglass Ambient Lighting Palette, which is one of the product that I’ve been eyeing so long.
  4. Skincare go-to? – I regularly follow two time cleansing routine everyday and I don’t skip it even while I’m on move. Then, I use my luxury toner  to tone my skin and then, I use OZ Naturals HA moisturising serum in the morning and Estee Lauder Night Repair Serum in the evening skincare routine. Finally, I top up with moisturiser and for body, I always trust my Soap&Glory The Righteous Butter and Olay Essentials Complete Care Day Cream  for face and lastly for lips, I love to use my bejewelled luxury Ted Baker cocoa scented lip balm.
  5. Favourite drugstore brand? – I love Maybelline NewYork, L’oreal Paris and Rimmel London and some of my favourite picks are Maybelline NewYork The Colossal Volum’ Express Mascara, L’Oreal False Lash Superstar Mascara and Rimmel London Scandaleyes Waterproof Gel Eyeliner.
  6. Favourite high end brand? – Estee Lauder and Elizabeth Arden are my favourite high end brands and some of my cherry picked items from their range are my travel friendly Estee Lauder Pure Colour Eyeshadow palette and Elizabeth Arden Sunflowers perfume.
  7. Natural or smokey eye? – For workwear, I always choose natural eye but for any other special occasion, I’ll go for a flawless smokey eye.
  8. Brushes or beauty blender? – I prefer to use brush.
  9. Favourite highlighter?Bourjois Paris Bronzing and Illuminator duo and Soap&Glory Solar Powder.
