I’m just back from the Spanish island, Mallorca and I’m still, rejoicing those wonderful moments and it was one of the best Spring breaks that I ever had and now, I’m feeling totally energetic and thoroughly refreshed. Well, I hope you are all having an awesome Spring break too. Mallorca is an amazing sunny destination in Europe and it is flooded with holiday makers from all over the Europe. Well, stepping into Sephora is a must if you are a true beauty blogger and me not in exception either and viola! It absolutely looks like a beauty haven. Now, let me jump onto the items that I’ve grabbed from there.

Sephora Cleansing Cream:

Firstly, let me start with skin care and I purchased the above item as it has gorgeous scent of rose which is Spring – friendly and also, Sephora-made cleansing creams are quite popular which is another reason to buy this item.

Sephora Peony Creamy Body Wash:

Well, peony is one of the concoction ingredient that is widely used in most of the fragrances and a body wash with that flavour is irresistible, isn’t it?

Tony Moly Face Mask:

Here comes the grand entrance of Korean beauty and Tony Moly is a very popular brand in Korean beauty and I can’t wait to try these avocado and aloe vera face masks.

Tony Moly Panda’s Dream Eye Patch:

Panda is my favourite animal and dreamy panda eye sounds so good and I love the cute packaging of panda on this product.

Sephora Charcoal Nose Strip:

I think most of us are addicted to charcoal face masks and I bought these nose strips with that as an inspiration.

Sephora Manicure Essentials:

A good top coat and base coat is always a must and I fell in love with this basic essential nail care product as it has wide bristled brushes.

Sephora Nail File:

Another important component in nail care is nail file and I love these Sephora pastel pinky nail file.

So, with that as an inspiration, I made up my mind to paint my nails in pink and moreover, it’s been quite a while that I had pink nails on and also, soon after the glossy finish, I felt like my nails were embraced with a colourful bouquet of spring flowers. Awesome! Not only just Kylie alone, even in the latest Boots Magazine, the model on the cover page had a gorgeously matte pink nail candies and so, what are we waiting for? Let’s get started.

Application:

1. Start the procedure with a well cleaned and washed nails.
2. Apply cuticle oil if needed.
3. Then, apply your preferred regular base coat onto your nails.
4. Now, apply two layers of Rimmel London 60 seconds super shine by Rita Ora sweet retreat onto your nails.
5. Then, add a single layer of top coat onto your nails.
6. Lastly, to take out any excess bits onto the outer perimeter of your nails, run along a cotton bud that is previously soaked up with nail polish remover
7. Now, your nails are ready to show off.

Reminiscing Summer Purple Nail Candies.

The weather is pretty much promising this week as there is no sign of black clouds according to forecast and hence, with that as an excuse, today I have just painted my nails with purple shade where in, I could able to keep reminiscing of the late summer look right again. Moreover, we all know that matte shades are getting more popular nowadays and hence, I want to supplement that feature onto my nails to a new matifying shade of purple that looks similar to the gorgeous bunch of lavender flowers in my back garden. So adorable! So, come along with me to get to know how I achieved it.

Before getting deep into the shades, I want to tell you more about the brand, Barry M Cosmetics. Today’s nail art is all set for holiday theme. So, let’s see how to achieve this chic nail art in an easy and effective way.

As you might have guessed, my sincere love to Barry M nail polish is continuing like a very long story and for now, I have picked three marvellous shades including deep pink, turbo charged coral shimmer, citrusy yellow and lastly, the Barry M nail art pen to create this fun full Sunset Palm Beach Nail Candies.

To get the ombre effect sunset background:

1. Start the procedure with the freshly cleaned and washed nails.
2. Apply a few drops of coconut oil to moisturise your cuticle.
3. Then, apply a thin layer of base coat.
4. Next, apply two coats of Sally Hansen’s white nail polish onto your nails as this helps to enhance the ombre effect layer at the top.
5. After that, take a sponge and add streaks of pink, coral and yellow lines onto the sponge and dab it straight to your nails as two coats to get a nice pigmentation.
6. Lastly, take off the excess bits by running a cotton bud that was soaked with nail polish remover along the perimeter of your nails to get a perfect tidied up look.

Note: Leave two minutes of drying each time after application.

Palm Tree Nail Art:

1. Take the Barry M nail art pen and sketch the palm tree on top of the ombre effect nails by drawing a thin stroke of fine lines by starting from the tip of your nail and running towards the inner part of your nail.
2. Allow the nail art to dry completely and this step is a must to get a nice smudge-free nail art look.
3. Finally, apply a thin layer of top coat gently.

Essie’s Aztec Printed Nail Art Candies.

You might have seen the prominence of aztec prints in various kinds of summer clothing including crop top, baggy printed trousers, figure-hugging bodycon dresses, scarves, shorts and many more and having fancied by the intricate details of the geometrical patterns myself that includes from triangles to zig-zags and from dots to horizontal lines and from squares to vertical lines, today I will be showing you some of my clear-to-detail, eye-catching, wild card patterns where all the hues and shapes take the centerstage in bringing a new theme of nail art design. So, let me take you straight into the gorgeous nail art patterns right away.

To build up the base shade for the aztec printed nail art, I trusted on three different nail shades that are all from essie:

1. I love pinks and corals and the recent purchase of cute as a button from essie fits as a right shade to me as the highlight the nail art pattern that I tried to interpret has the combined tints of both pink and coral in just one single bottle which could bring out the essence of softness and freshness straight away.
2. The next interesting shade that I completely rely on is naughty nautical that has the dual tones of turquoise and aqua marine and whenever I opted to apply this shade onto my nails, it always reminds me of the coolest crystal-clear deep blue sea.
3. Last but not least, the gorgeous shade bikini so teeny from essie is my all-time favourite as it has the combined mixture of soft blue and lilac tints and moreover, this shade always gives me the refreshing flavour of blue peonies.

Application:

• Start with the freshly washed and cleaned nails.
• Then, apply a thin layer of base coat and then followed by two coats of desired base shade.
• After that, top up your nails with various themes of nail art patterns.
• Finish off your nail art with a thin layer of top coat.
• Finally, clear off all the bits the bobs by running a cotton bud that is soaked with nail polish remover along the perimeter of your nails.

Besides, while coming back to the creative part of the nail design, I have experimented and implemented with varied themes of playful patterns which includes triangles, tribal stripes, pastel designs and many more. I love nail art and recently, I was casually thinking for a new themed nail art that could fit quintessentially for lazy weekend afternoon. Besides, what kind of theme can I look for? A geometrical or floral or fruity or chevron or zigzag or waves or polka dots or stripes or animal prints and many more. Hence, in striving to make a new attempt, this time, I opted for a much interesting double dotted hues as it is super easy to make and literally brings a burst of colour to your nail art instantly as we all know dots are the simplest form of nail art that anyone can do. Moreover, with a little addition of dot-ended mango detail along with it, this nail art immediately became one of my favourite nail art envies.

So, let’s see how to achieve this easy peasy nail art faultlessly. Furthermore, this nail art also proves that by implementing a bit of creativity, one could able to rule the beauty world flawlessly.

1. Start off the procedure with the freshly cleaned and washed nails.
2. Apply a few drops of coconut oil to moisturise your nails and cuticles.
3. Then, add a thin layer of Rimmel London’s base coat.
4. After that, add two coats of Rimmel London’s Frankie, My dear No.135 onto your nails.
5. Then, make a flower shaped double layered dots with one coat as white nail polish from Sally Hansen’s french manicure kit and the next layer as pink nail shade from Barry M Cosmetics pink nail paint.
6. Now, you could also make a mango detail using Essie’s Naughty Nautical to fill up the gaps sensibly plus finishing off the mango detail with a white dotted end.
7. Next, apply a thin coat of Ciate London’s top coat to finish off the nail art effectively.
8. Now, take off any bits around your nails by running along the perimeter of your nails using a cotton bud that is soaked with Sally Hansen’s nail polish remover.
9. Note: Don’t forget to allow a drying time of two minutes each time after every application of nail varnish.
10. Finally, apply a few dabs of moisturiser onto your nails to keep it hydrated to give a long-lasting effect.

Today, I am totally in a mermaid mode as I am on a journey to an imaginary land that is quite under the deep blue sea and swimming around like a mermaid and flapping my wings like a fish here and there. Oh! You must be wondering why I am screaming about mermaid tales here and the answer to this is as there is a connection and whenever I think about mermaids, three things always come straight into the picture like an instant which includes princessey feel, treasure box and glittering jewels. This time with a twist, I thought to bring that inspiration straight into my nails as well. So, let’s get directed right away.

Albeit the nails look glittery, it doesn’t represent like a five-year-old’s confetti glitters in any way but, it sets your nails get ready enough into the party mood instead. Moreover, the theme is fun and playful and also, it is so versatile to swap around your nails either as a main shade like me or just get restricted to just one nail alone whereas the other nails can be painted as yet another summer colour. Yes girls! The decision is all up to you because you are the sole creator and sky is the limit to bring the true essence of summer into your nails.

2. Apply one coat of Boots essentials base coat onto your nails.
3. Then, apply one or two layers as light or thick you want on your nails (here, I applied two coats).
4. Finish off with Boots essentials top coat.
5. Take off any excess bits with a cotton bud that is dipped with Sally Hansen’s nail polish remover.
6. Note: Don’t forget to allow two minutes of drying each time after application of fresh new nail enamel onto your nails.

Yes, you heard it right. It is that easy peasy. Hence, give it a go and I am sure, your summer will be as glittering as a jewel.
